safeguard your information when you use our mobile application Peyvdank (the "App"). The App is a
multiplayer word board game in Kurmanji language.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of

When you create an account or use the App, we collect:

- You can add friends within the App and view their usernames and game statistics
- You can invite friends to games and chat with them

- All chat messages with friends are stored permanently on our servers
- Messages are only visible to you and the recipient
- We do not monitor or read your private messages unless required by law or to investigate abuse
5.3 Blocking and Reporting
You can block and report other users directly in the App:
- Block: Prevents another user from contacting you or sending friend requests or
messages.
- Report: Allows you to report inappropriate behavior or content. You can provide a
reason. Reports are reviewed and may result in warnings, suspensions, or bans.
6. Third-Party Authentication
When you sign in with Google, Facebook, or Apple:
- We receive basic profile information (name, email) from these providers
- Your use of these services is governed by their respective privacy policies
- We do not receive or store your Google, Facebook, or Apple passwords
7. Advertising
We display advertisements through Google AdMob. On iOS, the app requests non-personalized ads and does not
use App Tracking Transparency for advertising. On other platforms, AdMob may process device identifiers and
usage information subject to platform rules and user settings.

8. Data Storage and Security
8.1 Data Location
- Our backend servers are located in Germany (Hetzner)
- Data is transmitted using secure HTTPS connections
- Firebase services may store data in Google's global infrastructure
8.2 Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
- Passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing
- API communications use HTTPS encryption
- Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only
Important: No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee
absolute security.
9. Data Retention
- Active Accounts: We retain your data as long as your account is active
- Account Deletion: After you request account deletion, we delete your personal data
immediately from the user perspective by anonymizing or removing identifying account data
- Legal Requirements: We may retain certain data longer if required by law or for
legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention)
9.1 What Happens When You Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly from the App.
Upon account deletion:
- Your name and email address will be replaced with anonymized placeholder values immediately
- Gameplay and other shared records that need to remain for referential integrity may be retained without
your personal identifiers
- Chat message rows may be retained for conversation history, but messages written by you will have their
content replaced with the placeholder `hate jêbirin` as part of the deletion process
- If you use Sign in with Apple, the app may ask you to reauthenticate so it can revoke the Apple/Firebase
sign-in grant before completing account deletion
- Some data may be retained for legal compliance or security purposes
10. Children's Privacy
There is no minimum age requirement to use Peyvdank. However, if you are under the age of 13 (or the
applicable age of digital consent in your country), you must have permission from your parent or guardian to
use the App.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If we
become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of
parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
